Do you have a business license and a California food handler card?

Briecuterie is a licensed and registered business.  All team members have a California food handler card.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we have FREE delivery for orders over $50 in Livermore, CA.  Please inquire for delivery prices outside Livermore.

Where and when can I pick up my order?

We will provide the pick up location with your order confirmation, which is in Livermore.  Available pickup day and times can be chosen on the order form.

Can I choose my cheese and meat selection?

The selections in our boxes vary with our ever-changing inventory. We will do our best to provide comparable items.

How much notice is required for orders?

We require a 24 hour notice for all of our boxes and based upon availability.  Number and Letter charcuteries require a 1 week notice. 

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?

Yes!  Please use the "Notes" section to let us know your restrictions and we will try out best to accomodate your request.  

Please note that we DO NOT operate in a nut-free or gluten-free facility.

What is included in the order?

We provide disposable and compostable knives and forks with each box. Bamboo tongs are also included in the medium and large boxes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the pickup/delivery date to be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the pickup/delivery date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Orders canceled on the same day of the pickup/delivery date won't be refunded.
